Satellite Service Deposits

How can I pay for the satellite service in advance?

Our system can handle a deposit amount of your choice. It works as follows:

1) You make a wire transfer for an amount of your choice (bank details below)

2) Our system processes your payment and creates a fiscal invoice for the entire amount dated to the day your payment came in. You can download all invoices as pdf files when you log in to your account on this website.

3) Our system will then take down the amounts due from your deposit. You still get emailed an information about your deposit usage but this is fiscally 0 Euro and does not need to be processed by your accounting.

4) But please note that we can not predict your exact charges as you might exceed included data volumes etc. So the exact date your deposit is used up can not always be predicted exactly.

5) Once the deposit runs out, you get normal invoices again or you can top off your deposit at any time.

6) Please remember that for flight safety reasons deposit exhaustion does not automatically terminate your satellite service. If a termination is desired, please cancel your service plan at the desired date independently from your deposit.
